I want to be able to edit the words the iPhone has "learned" from my usage on my computer. When it learns a typo, it won't unlearn it; I had to reset my dictionary because of this. If I could quickly add the acronyms and names that I use frequently and then sync the phone, I wouldn't have to spend so much time hitting the little "x."
