As a physician, I use my iPhone as a pager. If I miss a call because of noise, the alert sound/vibrate never repeats. Only with text messages do you get a repeat alert. Please make it so all missed call or voicemail alerts repeat - hospital operators don't text, they call. Wish 7449

Add a battery Save mode which automatically turns 3G off, Wi-Fi Off, BlueTooth Off. The closest thing now is airplane mode but that turns off everything including the ability to get calls. The iPhone should have this battery save mode for people trying to inch out as long as possible on standby waiting to make or receive calls. Wish 4653
