The dropped calls. I average 2 drops/call. And when I talk to someone that also has an iPhone, it's even worse. Don't worry about the apps, just give me a phone that works!

JUNK MAIL FILTERING! Ack, Apple Mail does such a good job, why not this function on iPhone? I get so much JUNK I don't dare open email on iPhone unless an emergency!

Look and feel customization: I want to customize the background of home screen, the slider color etc. You can do all this with a jail broken phone.

i have had 4 iphones. 2 of them died because of water damage and were not replaced by apple. either cover water damages or make them waterproof
