Improve the camera application on iPhone to have zoom in/out. Faster autofocus. Faster response to light and environment. Adjustable shutter speed.

An App to categorize Apps into groups like in the App Store. Not only would it have 'standard' categories (such as Reference, Games, Utilities, etc.), but allow you to define your own.

The dropped calls. I average 2 drops/call. And when I talk to someone that also has an iPhone, it's even worse. Don't worry about the apps, just give me a phone that works!

I want to be able to manually sync my songs between my computer and my iphone - drag and drop from the computer to the iphone... same as you can with an ipod!

Global SEARCH, ala Spotlight, that works across Notes, Contacts, SMS, etc., along with REPLACE. (The old Palm used to have this type of search, and it was rather useful.)

The iCal sync should also sync the To Do list. Having the To Do list as a half-way solution in Mail is not making me happy.

I am tired of having to organize my apps or having blank spaces on pages when I delete and app. Why can't I set them to always be on a certain page? They don't have to be in exactly the same spot, but the same page would be nice. Maybe there is a way to set that in iTunes?
