When you want to start a new Genius playlist, choose a default sort method. I'm usually not thinking of a song that I want to hear, but an ARTIST or album. Wish 5420

OMG I'm ready to shoot myself. F#$#$ ITUNES I love my iPhone, i really do. But why does itunes have to be the suckiest, slowest, most unintuitive piece of shit software I've ever used? I hate it. Like common why can't it sync "playlist folders" like my "nano 3g" ? I mean who really wants all their organized music smushed together? Wish 4828

Sure, Genius is a wicked tool if you don't listen to anything other than iTunes' rather limited database. But hey, at least you can turn it off, right? Not completely as it seems, my iPhone's iPod app still shows a Genius icon and when selected prompts you the message that Genius is disabled. Well then, DISABLE it completely and stop polluting my screen with a cripple addon. Wish 3937

Songs purchased on the iPhone never seem to get Genius info added to them on the phone. It says the song does not have enough relate songs to create a Genius list. But it is possible to create a Genius list in iTunes. The only way to get the iPhone to recognize Genius mix info is to remove the song and the resync the song back onto the phone. Wish 8383
