Fix the birthday issue. Birthdays before 1980 (entered in Outlook) are moved to one day earlier in Contacts on iPhone (birthdays during daylight savings time are affected). In calendar the "mixup" for birthdays is different (haven't figured out any consistency in the errors yet).
