Why not iPhone offer certain amount of space on the phone to run application for testing purposes and the once which Apple store does not accept rather than Jailbrake or using other software to break the iPhone? The more users can do with the phone the higher the community grows.

Profiles. Every phone I have ever owned has had the possibility of saving presets for ringer volume, vibrate mode, ringtone, screen brightness etc so that you can easily switch between them for nighttime, meetings, car use etc. The iPhone only has silent/not silent, we need profiles!

Auto-Brightness should work the opposite to how it currently works. When it is sunny the screen should be brighter and when it is dark the screen should dim.
